Warner Bros. Home Entertainment provided me with a free copy of the Blu-ray I reviewed in this Blog Post. The opinions I share are my own
Forever alone in a crowd, Arthur Fleck (Joaquin Phoenix) longs for any light to shine on him. Trying his hand as a stand-up comic, he finds the joke always seems to be on him. Caught in a cyclical existence between apathy and cruelty and, ultimately, betrayal, Arthur makes one bad decision after another that brings about a chain reaction of escalating events.
Joker is now available in stores.
MY THOUGHTS
As you all know my husband and I love movies and shows about DC comics characters so we were excited when we heard about Joker movie.
I was disappointed in this one. I ended up being bored and checking my emails while I was watching this movie during some parts. Not sure if it is just me but I don't think Joker is That much older than Bruce Wayne (like they portrayed in this movie).
The acting was good so there's that going for the movie.
This is not one I will be watching again at all.
I give this 2 out of 5.
