I was recently asked to review the new Gluten-Free BlueWater Seafoods. We are not huge on fish but once in a while we will eat fish just to change things up a little bit.
There are a bunch of Gluten-Free fish that you can pick from like :
Garlic & Herb Grill Fillets, Lemon Herb Grill Fillets, Lemon Pepper Grill Fillets, Italian Herb Grill Fillets, Garlic & Herb Grill Salmon, Lemon Herb Grill Salmon, Roasted Garlic & Herb Grill Tilapia, Classic Grill Tilapia and Classic Grill Haddock
BlueWater Seafoods have a bunch of recipes in their site. I made Grilled Haddock Broccoli Penne recipe that is on their site but I changed it a little bit. Here is the recipe:
Grilled Haddock Broccoli Penne
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 BlueWater Classic Grill Haddock Fillets
- 4 oz penne pasta (or gluten free pasta)
- 2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare BlueWater Classic Grill Haddock Fillets and pasta according to package instructions and cut each fillet into 4 pieces.
2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes and sauté onion and garlic 5 minutes, add broccoli, sauté 7 minutes, add pasta and remove from heat.
3. Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli mixture, arrange fish pieces over pasta and serve immediately.

I didn't have any Parmesan cheese so I added some mozzarella cheese and I put more than 2 Tbsp and I added a bit of parsley to it as well.
This recipe was so very delicious. My husband and I loved it so much and we decided I will make it again in the future.
